Our wedding and celebration cakes are baked fresh from scratch using recipes I have created myself over 8 years of trial and error.  I prefer to use fresh ingredients rather than artificial flavourings and essences.  This gives my cakes an authentic and real flavour. 

I have created 15 Wedding & Celebration cake flavours  for you to gobble up – I hope you will enjoy choosing from our current flavours.

FUN FACT – Did you know that each tiered wedding or celebration cake I create has each layer of cake baked in it’s own separate tin.  This means that each tier of cake is made up of  3 layers of cake and 2 layers of filling.  So if you are having a 3 tiered cake I will actually bake 9 separate cakes.  I do this to keep the batters moist, soft and it helps them cook quickly to perfection.

 Vanilla Bean

A delightfully light butter cake, flavoured with real vanilla bean seeds and a hint of malted milk.

Each layer is filled and torted with white chocolate ganache and finished on theoutside with our decadant vanilla swiss meringue buttercream.

STRAWBERRY’S & CREAM

Creamy white chocolate mud cake batter which has freshly chopped strawberry’s folded through.

Each layer is infused with home made strawberry jam and is torted with white chocolate ganache and finished on theoutside with our decadant vanilla swiss meringue buttercream.

Pancake

If you like pancakes then you will be in heaven with this canadian maple syrup infused vanilla butter cake.

Each layer is infused with Canadian maple syrup and torted with white chocolate ganache and finished on theoutside with our decadant vanilla swiss meringue buttercream.

Himalayan Salted Caramel Mud

It’s unusual to have sweet and savory in a cake but the salt and caramel flavours just work so well together in this creamy caramel mud cake.

Each layer is infused with Hershey’s caramel sauce and an extra sprinkle of Pink Himalayan Sea Salt  and torted with white chocolate ganache, finished on theoutside with our decadant vanilla swiss meringue buttercream.


Caramel dream

One of my most popular flavours even for people who say “I don’t like caramel”.  This caramel cake is creamy and velvety and its not sickly sweet.

Caramel Macadamia Mud

Probably my most popular flavour even for people who say “I don’t like caramel”.  This caramel cake is rich and the unsweetened crushed macadamia nuts cut down the sweetness and add a delightful crunch.

Lemon Cheesecake

Made using real lemon zest, juice and pulp this creamy mud cake is refreshing and perfect for those who don’t like overly sweet cake.

Starting with our lemon cheesecake batter we add blue poppy seeds which give the cake a slight pop and crunch.

passion fruit lime & coconut

 

Made using real passion fruits, lime zest, juice and pulp and shredded coconut this creamy mud cake is refreshing different.

triple choc mud

A combination of 3 types of chocolate flavours tease your tastebuds when you take a bit of this rich and moist chocolaty goodness.  The cake has the finest dark chocolate and each layer is infused with Hershey’s chocolate sauce and torted with a combination mixture of dark and milk chocolate ganache and finished on theoutside with our decadant vanilla swiss meringue buttercream.

A smooth and light chocolate mud cake with a hint of malt. It is the perfect chocolate cake for those who want something tasty but light.
