Inspiration for my cake flavours comes at any time of the day, once inspiration hits, I’m in the kitchen straight away creating and experimenting. I experiment with my new and exciting flavours and keep tweaking them ever so slightly until perfection is created.
I have created some really delicious cupcake flavours for you to gobble up – I hope you will enjoy choosing from the below flavours.

A beautifully light and fluffy malted milk vanilla cupcake is decorated with Vanilla Bean American buttercream frosting, sprinkled with 100’s & 1000’s or crushed nuts, a good ole fashioned musk stick and a white chocolate shard.
Vanilla Bean Mud Slide
A slightly dense white chocolate mud cake flavoured with real vanilla bean seeds. Decorated with a matching vanilla bean American buttercream frosting and a white chocolate shard.
A light and fluffy vanilla bean cupcake intertwined with fresh blueberry’s. Decorated with vanilla bean American buttercream frosting and fresh blueberry’s. (Frozen blueberries are substituted when not in season).
This cupcake truly embodies my visit to Canada and although the combination of sweet and savory is a little daunting to some – it’s the most perfect combination and you will want more than one. The light vanilla pancake cupcake has fried maple bacon pieces baked through it and it is decorated with Vanilla Bean American buttercream frosting, a drizzle of Canadian maple syrup and a piece of maple bacon.

Sticky Date Puddin
A medium density cupcake with hints of spices like ginger, cinnamon and nutmeg and soft chunks of gooey caramel glazed dates. Decorated with Vanilla Bean American buttercream frosting and a drizzle of home-made caramel sauce and a candied date.
I designed this recipe to taste like my favourite chocolate from my childhood. I think I nailed it!! A rich and moist chocolate cake with pieces of toasted shredded coconut. Decorated with Chocolate American buttercream frosting and Coconut Rough chocolate shard.
Himalayan Salted Caramel Macadamia Mud
It’s unusual to have sweet and savory in a cake but the salt, raw macadamia’s and caramel flavours just work so well together. Decorated with a vanilla bean American buttercream frosting, a drizzle of home-made caramel sauce, sprinkled with pink Himalayan salt and raw macadamia’s.
One of my most popular flavours even for people who say “I don’t like caramel”. This caramel cupcake is rich but not overly sweet. Decorated with a creamy caramel American buttercream frosting and a drizzle of home-made caramel sauce.
Coconut and Raspberry
Fresh zesty raspberries are gently folded into a creamy white chocolate mud mixture which has been laced with toasted shredded coconut and baked till it is light and fluffy. Decorated with a raspberry infused American buttercream frosting and a fresh raspberry. (Frozen raspberries are substituted when not in season)
This chocolate malted milk cupcake is a reminder of childhood malted milk shakes at the corner take-away shop, it is a light chocolate cupcake and is decorated with chocolate American buttercream and drizzled with Hershey’s chocolate fudge sauce.
